• 1.1 Scope of Services Omterra Travel provides travel-related services including, but not limited to: Flight bookings Holiday packages Tours and travel planning services All bookings must be confirmed via phone, email, website form, or authorized payment checkout.
• 1.2 Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or make a booking. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
• 1.3 User Responsibilities You agree to: Provide accurate and complete information Ensure passport, visa, and travel compliance Review booking details before confirmation Omterra Travel is not responsible for denied boarding, visa refusals, or travel disruptions caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
• 1.4 Pricing & Currency Prices are displayed in the applicable local currency based on region: USA: USD UK: GBP Hong Kong: HKD Prices are subject to availability and supplier confirmation.
• 1.5 Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law: Omterra Travel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking Travel services are subject to third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators), and their terms may apply.
• 1.6 Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if these Terms are violated.

2️⃣Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided:

• OmTerra provides travel booking assistance for flights, cruises, hotels & car-rentals.
• We act as a travel facilitator, not a travel supplier.

2. Payments:

• Customers may pay using fiat or cryptocurrency (USDC) via licensed providers.
• We do not hold or manage customer funds; all payments go directly to our corporate wallet.
• Payments: Customers may pay for travel bookings using credit/debit cards via Stripe, financing via Affirm, Amazon payments via Amazon Pay, or cryptocurrency (USDC). All payments are securely processed, and OmTerra Travel does not hold or manage user funds.

3. Service Fees:

• A service fee applies to each booking and is clearly displayed at checkout.
• Fees are in addition to travel supplier charges.

4. Refunds & Cancellations:

• Refunds are provided according to supplier policies and our stated terms.
• Crypto payments processed cannot be reversed once completed; any applicable refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

5. Liability:

• OmTerra is not responsible for travel supplier errors, delays, or cancellations.
• We are not liable for losses from payment provider errors or crypto volatility.

6. Intellectual Property:

• All website content is owned by OmTerra Inc.

7. Age Requirement:

• Users must be 18 years or older to make bookings or payments.

8. Changes to Terms:

• Terms may be updated at any time; changes will be posted on the website.

9. Travel Credentials:

• OmTerra Travel is a registered member of ASTA, ARC, IATAN, and an Expedia Affiliate Partner.

3️⃣Refund & Cancellation Policy

Travel Bookings:

• Refunds depend on travel supplier policies.
• Partial or full refunds may be issued based on timing and supplier rules.

Crypto Payments:

• Payments are processed directly to our corporate wallet.
• Crypto payments cannot be reversed; any applicable refunds are processed via the original payment method.

Processing Time:

• Refunds may take 15-24 business days, depending on the payment provider.

• All crypto payments are processed through licensed US-based providers.
• OmTerra operates as a non-custodial service; we do not hold or manage user funds.
• Customers do not control private keys; crypto is used only to settle travel bookings and service fees.
• All crypto payments are subject to AML/KYC compliance handled by the licensed provider.
• OmTerra Travel is not a VASP or crypto exchange.
